The Mission Motor is looking for an Operations Lead to strengthen and streamline our internal processes. You will work closely with the Executive Director to build solid operational foundations across finance, compliance, HR, and team cooperation.

The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with at least 3 years of operations experience who thrives in an international, collaborative, mission-driven environment. The role of Operations Lead should cover current needs and prepare for future needs. If TMM further increases in size and complexity, this role has potential to grow into an Operational Director position with additional responsibilities.
